UltraSound Update!!!

We found out today that Maddy is having a baby sister! She went with us to the appointment and was very excited. She said tonight that she hopes she is a good baby holder! Jackie told it was much more important that she be a good diaper changer! I don't think she was real thrilled with that idea! Anyway, everything with the baby looks great and she weighs about 13 oz. I'll keep everyone posted!

The Ultrasound...

Well, tomorrow is the big day! We find out if Maddy will have a little brother or sister. Maddy wants a brother, but did tell me that she would take whatever Jesus gave her. She is so sweet!

PARTY TIME!!!

Today was Maddy's birthday party. Since she loves to bowl on her Nana's Wii she decided she wanted to have a bowling party. We found out that she is much better at bowling on the Wii, but she had a great time with all her cousins and friends. We had pizza and then cupcakes, opened presents and then the kids finally got to bowl. They were so excited! It was funny how slow the ball would move down the alley because the kids didn't have enough strength to really throw it.

Five Years Old

It's hard to believe,but 5 years ago yesterday we were at the hospital waiting for Maddy to grace us with her presence! Life has been wonderful every day since then and we cannot imagine a day without her. Tomorrow she is having her party so we will post pictures after that.

Happy Halloween!

We hope everyone had a great Halloween and got lots of candy! Maddy had a great time and we have A LOT of candy! I wasn't sure what I would think of this years costume, it was going to be hard to outdo last years when she was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, but I think we did pretty well. She makes a cute Minnie doesn't she?

Stuecker Pig Roast

In addition to the soccer games this weekend, we also had the Stuecker Pig Roast to go to. I don't have many pictures, because Maddy is now obsessed with playing with my camera and the battery ran out. This is the only one I was able to get of her. Regardless, she had a great time. She went on all 3 hayrides, roasted marshmellows and overdosed on candy!

Soccer weekend

This past weekend Maddy had 2 soccer games. One Friday night and one Saturday morning. I'm not sure that this is really her "cup of tea", but she really has a good time while she is out there.

Yesterday I stayed home from work to spend the day with Maddy since it was her last day of Fall Break. We decided since it was so nice outside to go to Hinton's Orchard in Larue County. They had a hay ride, corn maze and all kinds of stuff for kids to do. And of course, she got to pick her own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. We had a great day!
